workspace-board-mcp

MCP (stdio) server for workspace kanban boards. Reads/writes the same file as Web CLI:

<workspace>/.webcli/board.json

Tools

Tool Purpose
board_get Full board summary or one card (T-12 / #T-12)
board_add_card Create card → T-N
board_update_card Title / body
board_move_card Change column (+ optional order)
board_delete_card Remove card
board_add_column / board_rename_column / board_delete_column Columns

Every tool requires workspace: absolute path to the project root.

Setup

npm install
npm run build
