Quick Start

1. Install Dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Configure MySQL

mysql -u root -p
CREATE DATABASE subscription_tracker;
exit

mysql -u root -p subscription_tracker < sql/schema.sql

3. Configure Application

cp config.example.json config.json
# Edit config.json with your MySQL password and Google OAuth credentials

4. Setup Google OAuth

  1. Download credentials.json from Google Cloud Console
  2. Place in project root
  3. Run: python3 src/setup.py

5. Configure Claude Desktop

Edit ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json:

6. Restart Claude Desktop

Quit completely (Cmd+Q) and reopen.
