Taller Dev Sion Phoenix v0.7.0

Cabina local gobernada para ejecutar el flujo GitHub → Sion → Cargo → GitHub sin GitHub Actions, Replit ni créditos externos.

  • Backend: C:\Users\Usuario\.chatgpt\Gobernanza_Phoenix\SION_TALLER_RUST\TALLER_RUST
  • Workspace: C:\Users\Usuario\.chatgpt\Gobernanza_Phoenix\SION_TALLER_RUST\SION_WORKSPACE

Deben ser carpetas hermanas. Las tools MCP solo exponen el workspace. Logs, backups, claves y trazas viven en TALLER_RUST\.sion.

Inicio de doble clic

  1. Descomprime el paquete.
  2. Ejecuta INICIAR_SION.cmd.
  3. El lanzador instala/actualiza el backend en la ruta canónica, comprueba Node/Git/Cargo, genera clave, inicia Sion, instala cloudflared desde Winget si falta, verifica su firma Authenticode, abre el túnel y crea CONEXION_CHATGPT.txt.
  4. Para detenerlo usa DETENER_SION.cmd.
  5. Para autenticar GitHub usa CONFIGURAR_GITHUB.cmd una sola vez.

Gobernanza Phoenix

Incluye domain_packs/src/domains/sion_taller_rust_domain/ con taxonomía, riesgos, mapping OVAM/RTM, trazabilidad y Rust skeleton. No modifica NEURON_CORE, RTM ni OVAM. El gateway aplica el contrato local y admite un endpoint Phoenix externo mediante SION_PHOENIX_MODE=phoenix_remote y SION_PHOENIX_DECISION_URL.

  • Acciones externas, push, PR, commits, ramas y restauraciones requieren aprobación explícita.
  • Toda denegación, error de binding o falta de aprobación produce SAFE_NOOP.
  • No existe terminal libre, force push ni merge.
