Pokemon MCP Server
A modular Pokemon information and strategy server that provides:
- Pokemon information retrieval
- Pokemon comparison
- Type matchup analysis
- Team composition suggestions
Pokemon MCP Interface
A modern web interface for interacting with Pokemon data using MCP.

Setup and Configuration
Prerequisites
- Install uv if not already installed:
curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh
- Make sure you're in the pokemon directory:
cd /path/to/pokemon
Claude Desktop Configuration
- Open Claude Desktop settings
- Add a new MCP configuration:

Replace /path/to/pokemon
with your actual path to the pokemon directory.
Usage
Set up environment variables:
GROQ_API_KEY=your_api_key_here
Running the Server at 8000
uv run pokemon_mcp.py
Running the Frontend Interface at 8080
uv run web_interface.py
