Nextcloud Control Plane MCP Server

Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for managing and administering Nextcloud instances via dockerized OCC (php occ) commands in the nextcloud-app container.

Features

run_occ: Execute arbitrary Nextcloud OCC commands (docker exec -u www-data nextcloud-app php occ ...).
get_status: Retrieve Nextcloud instance health and status information (occ status).
get_trusted_domains: View all currently configured trusted domains.
add_trusted_domain: Safely append a new domain or IP address to Nextcloud's trusted_domains configuration.
optimize_db: Run database maintenance & optimization commands (db:add-missing-indices, db:add-missing-columns, db:add-missing-primary-keys, db:convert-filecache-bigint).

Prerequisites

Python 3.10+
Docker running on the host system with access to container nextcloud-app.

Installation & Setup

Install dependencies:

pip install -e .
```
Run the MCP server:
```
nextcloud-mcp-control
```
