Installation

Install the following.
Building

- Synchronize dependencies and update the lockfile.
uv sync
Debugging
MCP Inspector
Use MCP Inspector.
Launch the MCP Inspector as follows:
npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector uv --directory /path/to/mcp-nvd run mcp-nvd
