Use case
This repository gives any tool-calling LLM (such as Gemma 4 or Qwen 3.5) the ability to:
- Search the internet
- Capture images of websites
- Extract readable text from web pages
- Grab images from the web
- Browse and fetch text from local Gutenberg books (Only for Windows)
Installation
- Open cmd and run:
git clone https://github.com/BigStationW/Local-MCP-server
- Double click on launch.bat
You're good to go, you can now grab its link: http://localhost:4242/mcp
