About

IPV7 is an experimental platform for connecting AI assistants to trusted company knowledge stored in Google Workspace.

It uses access-aware retrieval-augmented generation to produce grounded answers while respecting existing user permissions. Actions performed through MCP are authenticated, authorized, confirmed, and audited.

Goals

  • provide grounded answers with verifiable sources;
  • preserve Google Workspace as the source of truth;
  • enforce user and document permissions during retrieval;
  • control and audit actions performed by AI assistants;
  • continuously evaluate retrieval quality and system reliability.

Project status

IPV7 is currently in the architecture and prototyping stage. This repository will evolve as the platform is implemented.

Architecture

The architecture is documented as code with LikeC4. See architecture/README.md for the model structure, available views, and local commands.
