1. Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt
2. Create .env file
DB_HOST=localhost DB_PORT=5432 DB_NAME=inventory_db DB_USER=your_user DB_PASSWORD=your_password
3. Run the server
python server.py
4. Connect to Claude Desktop
