Intersight MCP Server

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables LLMs to interact with Cisco Intersight APIs. This server exposes Intersight operations as tools for LLM applications.

🔧 Tool Configuration Modes

The server supports two configuration modes:

• 🛡️ Core Mode (Default): 65 essential read-only tools for safe exploration
• 🚀 All Tools Mode: 199+ complete toolset with full CRUD capabilities

Prerequisites

• Node.js 16+ installed
• VSCode with GitHub Copilot or Claude Desktop
• Intersight API credentials (Key ID + Secret Key)

1. Build the Server

npm install
npm run build

2. Configure LLM Client
