Conector MCP — Infotécnica (Coordinador Eléctrico)
Acceso a la base técnica as-built del SEN: los datos reales de los equipos
que cada coordinado reporta a Infotécnica (centrales, unidades generadoras,
PMGD, subestaciones, líneas, transformadores…), con sus fichas técnicas y
estado de certificación. Sobre la API pública api-infotecnica.coordinador.cl.

Despliegue
- GitHub: sube estos archivos a un repo.
- Railway: New Project → Deploy from GitHub repo → Dockerfile → Settings → Networking → Generate Domain (puerto 8080).

Notas
- Público, sin login. API REST paginada (page/page_size/ordering/search).
ficha()sin sección devuelve Antecedentes Generales + la lista de secciones; pasa una sección (p. ej. "generacion-solar", "turbinas-eolicas") para el detalle técnico de esa tecnología.
