GitHub Code RAG built on MCP protocol. System prompt optimizes AI's questioning workflow (search-first, requirements refinement step-by-step), with SQLite + FTS5 storing code indexes and search history, enabling a complete pipeline from GitHub retrieval to code reuse. Zero external dependencies.
