Minimal MCP server that generates images through Google's Gemini "Nano Banana"
image models (gemini-2.5-flash-image by default), using your own free
Google AI Studio API key.
No third-party service, no paid credits — requests go straight to Google's Gemini API.
Setup
npm install
npm run build
Get a free API key at https://aistudio.google.com/apikey.
Register with Claude Code
claude mcp add gemini-image --scope user -e GEMINI_API_KEY=your-key-here -- node /absolute/path/to/gemini-nano-banana-mcp/dist/index.js
