fathom-mcp
An MCP server for the Fathom call recording API. Gives AI assistants (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, etc.) access to your meeting recordings, summaries, and transcripts.

Setup
1. Get a Fathom API key
Go to Fathom > User Settings > API Access and generate a key.
2. Install

3. Configure Claude Desktop
Add to ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json (macOS) or %APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json (Windows):

Configure Claude Code
claude mcp add fathom -- /path/to/fathom-mcp/.venv/bin/python /path/to/fathom-mcp/server.py
Set the API key in your environment:
export FATHOM_API_KEY="your-api-key-here"
Usage
Once configured, you can ask your AI assistant things like:
- "List my recent Fathom meetings"
- "Get the summary from my meeting with [person] last week"
- "Pull the transcript from recording 12345"
- "What action items came out of my meetings this week?"
