Cloudflare MCP Server — Code Mode

Starter serverless para construir um servidor remoto Model Context Protocol (MCP) em Cloudflare Workers.

O projeto foi desenhado para code mode: clientes podem descobrir capacidades e compor chamadas de ferramentas com respostas estruturadas. Execução arbitrária de código não é habilitada no starter; ela deve ser adicionada somente depois de definir sandbox, autenticação, limites e auditoria.

Objetivos

  • Executar na borda via Cloudflare Workers.
  • Expor um endpoint MCP em /mcp.
  • Manter ferramentas pequenas, tipadas e compostáveis.
  • Preparar autenticação OAuth e bindings Cloudflare.
  • Evoluir para execução segura de código em sandbox isolado.

Desenvolvimento local

Pré-requisitos: Node.js 18+ e uma conta Cloudflare com Workers habilitado.

npm install
npm run dev

O servidor local fica disponível em http://localhost:8788/mcp.

Para validar com o MCP Inspector:

npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector@latest

Deploy

npx wrangler login
npm run deploy

Após o deploy, o endpoint será:

https://<worker>.<account>.workers.dev/mcp

Estrutura

  • src/index.ts: roteamento HTTP do Worker.
  • src/mcp.ts: servidor MCP e ferramentas.
  • wrangler.jsonc: configuração do Worker.
  • PLAN.md: plano de implementação e critérios de aceite.

Segurança

Não adicione eval, new Function ou um interpretador de código diretamente no Worker. Para code mode com execução real, use uma sandbox apropriada, autenticação forte, allowlists de APIs, limites de CPU/memória/tempo, isolamento por usuário e logs sem segredos.
