README
China Bank Offers Facts
Source-linked offer documents from 17 Chinese banks for Agent callers.
Production MCP endpoint: https://agent-offers-api-replitzip.replit.app/mcp
Product boundary
The service exposes two MCP tools:
list_supported_banks: free capability and freshness check.get_bank_offers: one bank per request, with official text, official URLs, timestamps, hashes, and activity status.
It returns factual source material. It does not rank cards, recommend purchases, or make customer-specific eligibility decisions. JSON-RPC batch requests are not supported.
The paid query price is 0.01 USDC on Base mainnet through x402. Connecting to the MCP endpoint does not authorize payment. A caller without x402 support can use the free tool and will receive a payment challenge for the paid tool.
Evidence vocabulary
- Directory listing proves discovery only.
- A free call proves connection and capability preflight only.
- HTTP 402 proves the unpaid challenge is reachable only.
- Chain settlement proves payment only.
- Successful delivery additionally requires a valid data response and durable delivery evidence.
Local safe runtime
Requirements: Node.js 22-24 and pnpm 10.
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
pnpm test
pnpm typecheck
pnpm build
PAYMENT_MODE=disabled SERVICE_VISIBILITY=local OFFER_DATA_MODE=synthetic pnpm dev
The default local runtime serves synthetic DEMO data with payments disabled.
It does not contain the production corpus or production credentials.
