Local, type-safe multi-agent CLI for financial PDF risk notes, with a default-deny MCP tool gateway.

Status
Phases 0–3 complete: scaffold → OpenAI-compat LLM → MCP gateway → LangGraph golden path (PDF → RiskReport).
Quickstart
