Deploy

Configure (3 commands)
cf set-env adt-mcp-server SAP_URL https://your-sap-host:44300
cf set-env adt-mcp-server SAP_USER youruser
cf set-env adt-mcp-server SAP_PASSWORD yourpass
cf restage adt-mcp-server
Optional:
